Where to start?
First you should know you're not in a rush. You have 72 hours protection from attacks form the moment of sigining up. You should familiarize youself with the market and
homebrew production. By making homebrew you can make a lot of money quickly, it is the best way to start playing. You can always ask for help in the chat.
How to get move moves?
Every 15 minutes you get 15 moves. Moves are limited to 700.
If your moves are over the limit you only get 1 extra move(s) every 15 minutes, the final limit is 5000 moves.
You can trade your points for moves, points can be bought at the Services page.
Why don't I get any salary?
You don't have a job or your health is under 25% and all the money is covering medical expenses. You might also have a loan.
How do I delete my gang?
As the leader you must leave your gang. The gang will be permanently deleted.
What's the point of travel?
Some actions can only be done in a specific town. The prices on the market may vary town to town.
How do I restore my health?
Your health recovers automatically, every 15 minutes you get 5% of health back.
How is my score calculated?
Your score depends on many variables. These include the number of security guards, security level, number of mobs, mafia level, real estate and money.

Why can't I make bank transfers to some players?
Unfortunately you just can't. These rules are set in place in an effort to make the game more fair.
Similar limitations apply to fighting and attacking.
Do I have to pay my bills immediately?
No, you don't. But you should pay them in at most 7 days or they will be overdue.
If one or more bills are overdue the bank will take all of your cash and downgrade your real estate.
Why doesn't my gang earn points when I attack someone?
You can only attack player whose score is up to 500 times less than yours. But the gang will only earn a point if you attack someone whose score is up to 100 times less than yours.
Why have lost gym points?
If you haven't trained within the last 24 hours then you lose some points in the daily update.
I don't want an email every time someone messages me.
Go to messages and remove the checkbox that reads "Notify about new messages". You should see a popup saying the subscription has been cancelled.
To get the notifications back, check that same box.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the settings. Your account will then be deleted permanently after 7 days. If you decide to restore your account within these 7 days you should send an email to
support@enternum.com. Blocked accounts will not be visible in gangs, the leaderboard or top 10. You will not be able to log in to a blocked account.
I've bought someone moves and they promised me money!
If they don't respect your deal you're on your own. Only if the deal was made with in-game messages you should contact the administrator.
My relative using the same computer can't sign up.
You are only allowed to make one account from one computer. This system was set in place to limit the mass creation of fake accounts by both humans and robots.
If they manage to create the account then playing using the same computer is allowed. If you suspect someone of using fake accounts, then you can check it from the multiple accounts page.
Why do only some get a bonus on their birthday?
To get a bonus on your birthday your account needs to be created a long time ago. The bonus does not apply to new accounts.
I'd like to be a moderator or administrator!
Moderators are sometimes chosen in the forums after the launch of a new world. This might not be announced in any way.
To be an admin you should actually work for us. This will never be available to players.
What permissions does the leader's help have in the gang?
The leader's helpers have all permissions if the forum, they can kick, change the logo, send messages to members, edit the news of info, change the password, block joining and buy weapons.
They can't change the gang's name, delete the gang, change the leaders or remove someone from the blocked list.
